Sugar n’ Proof LLC cares deeply about your safety. Our kitchen handles several common allergens, and while we take care, we cannot guarantee any item is free from trace amounts of allergens.

1) Major allergens handled on site

Our products may contain or come into contact with the following allergens:

• Wheat (gluten)
• Milk / dairy
• Eggs
• Peanuts
• Tree nuts (e.g., walnuts, pecans, pistachios, almonds)
• Soy
• Sesame

2) Cross-contact (shared equipment/facility)

We use good-faith cleaning and separation practices; however, all items are prepared in the same facility and on shared equipment. As a result, cross-contact may occur. If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, we recommend not consuming our products.

3) Ingredients & recipe changes

Ingredients, suppliers, and recipes may change from time to time. Always review the ingredient list and any allergen statement on the product label or product page at the time of purchase, as this is the most current information. If you have questions, email admin@sugarnproof.com before ordering.

4) Customization & special requests

We’ll do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, but we cannot guarantee complete allergen avoidance. Custom orders are still prepared in a shared-allergen environment.

5) Storage & handling

For perishable items, refrigerate or freeze upon arrival as instructed on the product page/label, and consume by the recommended date. Improper storage can increase risk for individuals with allergies and sensitivities.

6) Your health & emergency guidance

If you have diagnosed food allergies or medical conditions, consult your healthcare professional before consuming new products. If you experience signs of an allergic reaction, seek medical attention immediately.

7) Consumer responsibility & acceptance of risk

By purchasing and consuming Sugar n’ Proof products, you acknowledge the information above and accept the inherent risks associated with food prepared in a shared-allergen environment.
